  • I had a bad experience — the advisor had me do an EKG, book appointments, and jump through all the steps they asked for, but they never followed up. I spent months doing everything they wanted, and when they said they would call, they didn’t. I had to call back myself, and there was no answer until the next day, when I finally got a call with an excuse. It’s made me lose trust in the process.

  • Its a Great experience with Hermest clinic. I have some doubts in my mind but the clinic whole staff,Doctors are highly competent & friendly no language barrier i am German they provide me personal german translator. All services have 7 stars. I am much satisfied with my transplantation. Highly recommended thus clinic i consider only Top one clinic in Istanbul. I gave 7 stars.

  • I opted for a hair transplant with 4,500 grafts at the Hermest Clinic and am completely satisfied. Consultation: Professional and personal from the very beginning. You are assigned a consultant who speaks your preferred language – this gave me a great deal of confidence. The consultants were extremely friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Surgery & Clinic: The procedure itself went smoothly. The clinic's interior is very high-quality; everything looks modern and clean. The staff was competent and provided excellent care throughout the entire procedure. Aftercare: This was the part I was most worried about – completely unfounded. All aftercare is handled via WhatsApp, from the initial inquiry to the follow-up appointments. Quick, uncomplicated, and always reachable. This made the recovery process much easier. Hotel & Service: The hotel was also lovely and comfortable – the entire stay was very pleasant. Conclusion: I would recommend the Hermest Clinic without hesitation. Professional, compassionate, and thoughtfully organized.

  • I had a great experience at Hermest. They took car of all of my accommodations starting at the airport. Along the way I was always in touch with the staff. The service was also great and I’m very happy with the results so far. I recommend this place for any hair procedure.
