I had my hair transplant about two weeks ago at this clinic. Initially planned for 2,500 grafts, the doctor ultimately chose to transplant 3,500 to optimize the result, which I particularly appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience and the quality of care. This is a top-of-the-range clinic that adheres to high standards of care: impeccable hygiene, sterile equipment, professional teams, transparency, and genuine patient support. All this at very competitive prices. The support is comprehensive, from start to finish: airport pickup, hotel transfer, follow-up at the clinic… Everything is perfectly organized, and the staff is both caring and professional. Special mention goes to the care coordinator. I was fortunate to be supported by Gulsum, who was there for me every step of the way. She acts as a liaison between the teams, answers all questions, and provides genuine support throughout the entire process. You can go there with complete confidence. MALIK

Highly recommend Clinicana! Everything was incredibly professional and well-organized from start to finish. It was no brainer to select Clinicana due to their transparent pricing and great experience. Coordinator assigned to me was super helpful in answering my questions every step of the way. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is due to the pain experienced during anesthesia application which is bit downplayed than what it actually is. At 6 months I am satisfied with my decision and the outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience from beginning to ‘end’. Found Clinicana online, and did tonnes of research before approaching. They seemed to be a great balance of value and quality. After approaching them, Ecem was in contact with me. She was always informative and never pressured me. I booked a procedure only 5 days ahead and Ecem took care of everything once my flights were sorted, ensuring transfers , accommodation and clinic appointments were all in plan - and everything worked as laid out. The hotel was lovely, although dinner a little pricy - I would encourage you to roam into Taksim Square and have a look for different restaurants. The procedure itself was fine - the injection of the anaesthetic was quite uncomfortable, but they took their time and kept me informed. The procedure itself was without issue and painless, and I remained pain free after the procedure. The clinic was in a main hospital; the facilities were spotless and the staff excellent. I’m now day 10 post procedure - all of the scabs have dropped off and it’s looking good. The donor area has been a little sore on and off, but nothing severe and paracetamol was fine to manage it. Really looking forward to seeing the results! I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clinicana. I’ve already got one friend who has approached them and another considering it. From airport transfers to aftercare support, everything was handled really well.
