Their professionalism is impeccable. It's clear they know exactly what they're doing and have extensive experience in hair transplantation. In my case, I also want to emphasize the level of attention to detail they applied, especially in the design of my hairline, something that was very, very important to me. They took their time, listened to my preferences and recommendations, and the result reflects that care. Special mention goes to Carmen, who was key to the entire experience. From the first contact, she managed everything clearly, quickly, and always with incredible care. I had an excellent experience at the Istanbul Vita clinic. I would like to especially highlight the extraordinary help I received from Ms. Oana. She is a person of rare kindness, who was with us with unconditional support at any time of the day or night. She got totally involved and helped us with absolutely every detail, including the logistics at the hotel, making us feel safe and worry-free throughout our stay. Without her involvement, our experience would not have been so easy. I also have a good opinion of Dr. Harun. Although the implant area was quite large, he was very fair and communicative, explaining to me clearly and pragmatically the options I have. He is a professional who knows how to explain the medical situation in a way that the patient understands. We thank the entire team for their seriousness and, especially, Ms. Oana for her dedication!
