  • Great experience from start to finish. Having undergone this procedure before, I knew what to expect, which made me appreciate the quality of care even more. The entire team was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. A special thanks to Saimir, who made the whole process seamless so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I also want to highlight the anesthesiologist, who was fantastic—she made the numbing process painless. Good stuff! Everything was smooth, well-coordinated, and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic for their top-quality service.

  • My experience with este medical group Istanbul has been very good. The whole process from the start to finish was smooth. I was picked up from the airport and dropped to my hotel on the day of arrival. I was then picked up on the day of my operation and dropped off to the clinic. The procedure was explained thoroughly be Emre (English Translator) and answered all questions. The procedure itself was around 7/8 hours with a break half way for some food. The operation then finished and I was talked through the post operation healing process and aftercare. Many thanks to the whole Este team involved and look forward to the month's ahead. Definitely recommend 10/10 ⭐️

  • I would definitely recommend Este to anyone looking to have a hair transplant. I was talking to a few clinics but the coordinator, Eylem, made me feel extremely comfortable and I decided to go with this clinic. The transfers from the airport, to the clinic, for the post-op were seamless and the drivers were kind and communicative. The clinic was beautiful, safe and clean and the entire team was wonderful. I had a translator the whole time who made me feel comfortable and sat with me while I ate lunch. I really had a great experience and am looking forward to seeing my hair grow in. I will not include pictures because right now I am still bloody haha but definitely recommend this clinic. I came here from NYC and had a great experience.
