I had my hair transplant done here 3 years ago. Overall, very satisfied with how the process was clear and comfortable from initial consultation to the discharge. They clearly informed about the options for the procedure and after arriving they kept me informed at every step what they were doing and made me feel comfortable. The post operative care provided was also good. The facility is quite clean and modern and overall felt worth the money for the service they provided. The aftercare support is also really good. They continue to respond to any questions and concerns even after this many years. Responses can be slow sometimes but if you follow-up they will surely respond. Main reason why I gave 4-stars is because the growth on my crown area was not as expected. Seems like some follicles died and got only 50% growth from what was expected. However, following up regularly with aftercare for the first 18 months, they tracked the growth and confirmed that the result was not as successful and I will be eligible for a free replacement procedure. I was not hoping to get a corrective procedure done but happy that they are honoring their 10 year guarantee. The transplant results around the front hairline has no issues. Note: Dr. Acar himself will draw the hairline and recommend the final number of grafts and where to pick from and where to place, which will then be followed by the operators. Dr. Acar did stop by during the procedure once to see how I was doing. If you need more involvement from Dr. Acar, you have to choose the VIP package I believe.

Super smooth from pick up to drop off - very flexible - were able to organize a driver straight away when booked earlier flight home - only few small things.... maybe the girls could wait 4-5min to let the needless numbing agent settle in before jumping straight into the needle anesthetic with vibrating machine - and they could possibly explain what they were doing a bit better as they about to do next part of the procedure so I knew what was going on - instead of just calling for translator every time - but ok fine their English isnt the best - Also Dr Acar could probably spend another minute of so explaining what they are going to do to give you some assurance as to what they would do and why - very nice friendly staff - its super clean and well organized clinic - end of the day the most important thing is the results and I think they did a fantastic job - the staff did do an amazing job and im really stoked with the results - I didnt even need to hide when returned home - you could barely tell I had a hair transplant - and was almost no scabs on day 8 washing my hair - just tiny bits of what looked like dandruff - I would definitely recommend to anyone

I had a procedure done at Cosmedica in April 2026. The care was simply perfect from A to Z. The organization is extremely well-oiled. I stayed at the clinic for 3 nights and 4 days. I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was explained. Everything was planned and all schedules were respected without ever being late. The staff is highly qualified and very caring. Dr Acar is present and supervises the entire process for his patients. Same on the day of the operation, the organization and care were of exemplary professionalism. Here too the staff was extremely competent and incredibly kind. Once back home, the post-operative team takes over and there too, everything is designed with the patient in mind. Platform with photo follow-up and advice. Communication channels where the staff regularly gets in touch to check on you and advises you at each stage of the process. They are responsive when you have a question with very detailed answers. In a word, I recommend Dr Acar's Cosmedica clinic.

Le personnel est hyper qualifié et super bienveillant. Le Dr Acar est présent et supervise l entièreté du processus de ses patients. Canaux de communication oū le personnel prend contact régulièrement pour avoir de vos nouvelles et vous conseille à chaque étape du processus.
