I feel sorry for myself to not read those reviews , please learn from my mistake and do I didn’t care about the smallest person of bad reviews because I am a business owner and I understand that could happen but hey Everything they’re right here is what happening to me SMILE HAIR CLINIC ISTANBUL FRAUD AND MALPRACTICE Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov / Coordinator: Bülent Not happy with the hairline. It doesn't look feminine. It's too straight, even though I asked several times for zigzag. I traveled from Germany to Smile Hair Clinic in Istanbul for a hair transplant. I was sold the DHI Haartransplantations-Paket at €3,290 — I have the screenshot sent directly from the clinic on 31.03.2026 explicitly listing DHI-Entnahme and DHI Implantation. They performed FUE. Not DHI. Two completely different techniques. When I questioned this, coordinator Bülent told me I should be “grateful” because Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov normally charges €5,000-6,000. Meanwhile, I met another client who paid the normal package and have been treated with the same doctor. That means ( it's a lie) Also This is not an answer. I paid for DHI. I received FUE. I explicitly requested a feminine zigzag hairline this was discussed and agreed before surgery. Dr. Ahmedov said they “already know” to do zigzag and did not draw or mark the design. The result is a straight, hard, masculine hairline. The opposite of what I asked for. During the procedure I was shown a design I did not approve. When I refused to sign the consent form, staff pressured me repeatedly until I signed. I was alone in a foreign country with no advocate and no choice. I have full documentation. Screenshots. Photos. Everything dated. Formal complaints filed with: ∙ Temos International Turkish Ministry of Health (ALO 184) I will try to the end even though they are very protective of their own people or let’s say healthcare they won’t help you if you don’t go further so I’m pushing please learn from me I am also pursuing a credit card chargeback for services not delivered as contracted. I am writing this 19 months after my procedure on August 27, 2024, to share my final results. Unfortunately, the outcome did not match my consultation, and the aftercare process felt dismissive of my concerns. During my initial visit, we agreed to restore my hairline and extend coverage to the crown with an estimated 4,000–5,000 grafts. However, after the surgery, I was told only 2,400 grafts were used—nearly half of what was discussed—and the crown was left completely untouched. Despite following every aftercare protocol perfectly, the density is very low and looks "see-through" in standard lighting. Additionally, the hairline is much higher and less defined than what was promised. Whenever I raised these concerns during my scheduled reviews, I was repeatedly told it was "still in progress" and to keep waiting. Now that the full 19 months have passed, it is clear those responses were deflections rather than actual medical assessments. Because the crown was ignored, there is an unnatural contrast between the front and the back of my head. I am now forced to seek a second procedure elsewhere to fix these results. I strongly suggest that anyone considering this clinic get every detail of their graft count and surgical plan in writing before proceeding.

Highly recommend Smile. From booking, transportation, treatment and aftercare I cannot fault anything. Very efficient service after travelling from UK. Clinic is spotless and I received high quality treatment. I look forward to seeing the results in a few months.
