  • Really good experience! Everything was explained step by step, which made the whole process much easier to understand and less overwhelming. The staff were very friendly and made the experience feel calm and normal, despite it being quite a big procedure. You can tell they have a lot of experience and are very well equipped, which helped me feel confident throughout. They also stay available after the procedure and guide you through the healing process, which I really appreciated.

  • I had a really good experience! From the beginning, they explained everything step by step, which honestly made a big difference for me and helped me not feel overwhelmed during the process. The staff were very friendly and calm, and they managed to make the whole experience feel surprisingly normal despite it being a fairly intense situation 😅 we had many laughs and it didn’t feel too stressful Based on the materials online and reviews here, you can tell they are very well equipped and have a lot of experience and that really helped build my trust in them. I also appreciated that they are still available after the procedure and continue to guide me through the healing process, not just during the surgery itself. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them.

  • Well organized process from booking to return. No stress about procedure and workmanship. No hidden cost. Good accommodation. Staff and nurses all are very polite and professional. Today is day 20th hair growth is as describe though still little numbness. I will recommend the clinic. Also recommend to carry cash for payments as exchange rate and 8% charges are excessive. Follow up is excellent.

  • From the initial email / WhatsApp communications with Mukremin, to the booking and deposit payment.Every step was covered in fine details for how the procedure would be done which also included the airport pickup / hotel stay to the pick up / drop offs to and from the hotel and Vera Clinic. The clinic itself is large over 2/3 floors. Once greeted on the day of the procedure you are assigned a person to help you with signing some documents / paying any outstanding costs / seeing the hair doctor / and agreeing a new hairline / process. I arrived at the clinic around 8am and was back in my hotel room around 4pm. The procedure was exactly what I wanted being needle phobic, Painless.!! They provide a high level of care during and after the procedure. 10 days post opp and I am still in regular WhatsApp contact with the aftercare team. I am looking forward to how this develops over the coming months! Thank you VERA Clinic!!!
