I was cared for by an incredible team of 5 young women who did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their professionalism and precision were impressive, but what really stood out was their amazing energy. They made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire procedure. A special thanks to the brilliant lead manager Ms.Belgin, for her flawless coordination and expertise. I also want to deeply thank Emre, who walked me through the entire process with such warmth and genuine care. From the seamless coordination of the drivers to the welcoming receptionists, every person involved was outstanding. Warm greetings to the German team! I must honestly say I received a very warm welcome. The interpreters provided excellent advice, and it was very pleasant to talk to them. The transfer went perfectly, and the doctor really addressed everything I asked and said. As for the hair transplant, I'm very satisfied.

I am a cardiologist in US. I had my transplant 3 months ago and unfortunately it has been a very difficult time since. The staff is very arrogant and they treat you very poorly. There is little empathy in this team. I asked for a summary of my treatment and name of anesthesia meds given, answer from their worker was "I am not sure it can be provided" even though I had told them before my surgery that my employer needs it back home and I will be drug tested. Plus, which doctor in the world has an objection to providing a summary of treatment provided. So much anxiety I had for 2 days before I forced their hand to provide a short summary. Next, I had so much pain during the procedure and I could see how they were trying to shortchange me on sedation probably to cut the cost, I had to yell at them to give me a second dose of sedation to be comfortable. I had my transplant in Istanbul before and I know how we should expect to be treated. Dr. Serkan sees you for 5 minutes the day before, never after that. Which is fine as long as you don't have a complication which is my next point. I started having high fever and chills as soon as I finished postop antibiotics. I had to go the ER here in Ohio and spend time in the hospital and get diagnosed with sepsis which means another several weeks of antibiotics and lost work days. I am still undergoing work up to see if I have bacteremia still or worse endocarditis. If I get diagnosed with a heart valve infection that will be a huge problem. At this point, I think my hair that they grafted are going to grow just fine, but do I really care at this point after the experience I have described above.

Overall, my experience was positive and professional, but with a few disappointments. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, responsive, helpful, and well organised. All planning around hotels, airport transfers, scheduling, and logistics was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication before, during, and after the procedure was consistently strong, conveying a reassuring sense of professionalism and care. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and professional, and the team were friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout the process. The end result also appears very professional and high quality. I initially had concerns about a more “high-volume factory”- style approach given the scale of the clinic, but those concerns were largely alleviated once I experienced the process firsthand. The team clearly performs these procedures regularly, and that experience shows in the quality of the work. My main disappointments were: * Although a translator was provided, I was disappointed with the process around the final hairline design. Everything felt quite rushed once I entered the clinic room, and I had only 5 minutes with the doctor before the procedure started. In hindsight, I would have appreciated more time to discuss and refine the lines, particularly around the crown area, to ensure they fully matched my expectations. * I was left waiting at the clinic from around 10am until approximately 3pm before the procedure began. The organisation and scheduling of the day itself felt quite poor, with very little communication during the long wait. * Whilst optional add-on products and services were clearly explained with pricing, I was disappointed that some mandatory aftercare items (such as shampoos, serums, and vitamins) were not disclosed as additional costs upfront.
