Hello, I would like to express a complaint regarding Ms. Gözde today. I am going through a very busy period at work, so I wanted to reschedule today's appointment. Without consulting the doctor, she arrogantly told me that my fillings, which are not yet due, would be discarded if I didn't attend today's appointment. She doesn't know her job, doesn't follow procedures, and despite not being a healthcare professional, she gave me this information. I really don't understand. To avoid disrupting the process with my doctor, Dr. Cüneyt, I didn't contact his assistant, Volkan Bey, because of the incorrect information she gave. He confirmed that my fillings were not due and that she had given me this false information. I am very upset that this happened. I hope this complaint will be taken into consideration.

I had my second hair transplant at the Estepera clinic in Istanbul a year ago, and even though I didn't regain the hair density of a teenager, I'm really happy with the result and the experience! I had my first transplant there in 2018, at their old clinic. Unfortunately, over time, I lost the rest of my hair in the un-transplanted area. In just a few years, the clinic has clearly improved significantly, and the facilities are much more upscale now. The hotel they offer is also excellent, very comfortable, and just a one-minute walk away, which makes the stay truly pleasant. A huge thank you to Zaid, who managed the entire second transplant process and provided thorough and reassuring support from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic! Thanks also to Yanis, who was there on-site and always available to welcome you, translate, or offer advice. It really makes a difference when you're abroad and don't speak English well (let alone Turkish). Honestly, I recommend them without hesitation, especially for those who want serious support and a successful transplant! What I really appreciated is that they don't make unrealistic promises, and the results live up to what was initially promised. Thank you.

Fantastic professional team, very attentive. I wanted to wait two weeks before writing my (first) review, to see if the initial transplant results were satisfactory. And I'm thrilled! First, the package including driver, 5-star hotel, and surgery is perfect. Everything is arranged so you don't have to worry about a thing. Second, the price is unbeatable for this level of service. Expect to pay around €3,000 for a minimum of 4,000 grafts. They implanted 5,200 grafts without changing the price! In Paris, you'd pay more like €8,000-€9,000!!! Finally, the results are very satisfying so far. Okay, let's be honest, the surgery (especially the anesthesia) isn't exactly pleasant, and the week after the operation is terrible for sleeping, but after 10 days everything changes. You sleep, the scabs fall off, you see your new hair, and you forget the sleepless nights, haha. In short, if I need a second transplant in a few years, I'll go back without hesitation. PS: Don't do what I did, don't go alone. It's really important to have psychological support there!
