I wanted to get a consultation about surgery and realized I was being completely ripped off. The consultant wasn't the friendliest, in my opinion, and wasn't attentive at all. She tried to charge me for some additional surgery, and when I said I didn't want it, she increased the price even more. Great, thanks. I'd much rather go somewhere else. You don't feel comfortable there even when you're just contacting them.

*UPDATE!! See attached photos of pre and post op. Blonde is 1 year before that I sent for my consultation, red day off and dark hair post surgery. You can clearly see my eyes were symmetrical, not lumpy underneath or hollowed on sides. Did not have hollow temples or under cheeks. No heavy jowls or lumps under neck. Preop pictures I’m also swollen from an infection I contracted while there during body surgery a week before. They asked for me to share so I am. Also to clarify non of my pictures have filters. They say they don’t abandoned their patients but as other reviewers say as well as what I’m finding as soon as you go against them, communication stops. Also, please do your research and watch posts closely. They will state new post but please watch as they recycle the same facial surgeries over and over again. Which tells me not so many are successful like mine. I had noticed it myself before booking with them and made me a little nervous but I did like what I saw and ignored the red-flag and now I’m left botched. The surgeon texted he thinks his first surgery was a success, smh. I was really hoping to be a success story but I am far from that. I typically don’t write reviews but since this involves ones health mentally and physically I thought it was my obligation to do so. I have since read other reviews about this doctor, some describing exactly what is wrong with me as well. I also see the clinic trying to say these weren’t actual patients so as to debunk that I have included pictures to show I was a patient of the doctor and clinic. I not only put my trust in the doctor once but twice, stupid me. I had my first surgery, full face, neck and eye surgeries February of 2025, that not only left me physically deformed but in chronic physical pain. I was an attractive woman before surgery and now left not looking like myself and not being able to look in the mirror at what I see. But the pain i experience everyday, the feeling that someone is pulling all my facial muscles downward is enough to drive someone insane. I am attaching before and after pictures to this review. Please don’t confuse the nice looking ones as post surgery because they are not!!! All the pictures that I look normal range from 5 years to months before surgery. The side by side picture is me a year before and me post this horrific surgery For a year we discussed revision as I was left with uneven eyes, lateral eye retraction, bulges on the side of my face, dropping jowls, rolls and bumps under my neck that I never had and the list goes on and on, but don’t forget about the extreme pain. I even sent them Audio record recordings from other surgeons who stated on some things what I needed to correct the situation. Everything was agreed-upon for full revision of all surgeries that were done But once arriving there January 2026 and seeing the doctor, his opinion was everything looked great and nothing really needed to be done, so very little was addressed during my so called revision. Now three months post I’m left with all of the situation that I had before and Complications from a rhinoplasty I should never have let him perform. I’ve already seen multiple surgeons to talk about revision here in the states. I’m already scheduled for a canthoplasty to repair the lateral retraction that he was supposed fix during revision which has left me with severe dry eye, chronic pain, light sensitivity, and unable to close my eyes fully. Facial surgeons have told me that the underlying muscles and tissues were not tightened, both laterally and vertically enough, plus to much fat Was excised from my temple, under eyes and lateral eyes, Leaving me with no support. The rhinoplasty has left me with what they call, Polly beak deformity, which will need revision as well. I want to hopefully save someone from not only going through the emotional pain of a botched surgery but the physical pain as well. There’s so much more to this story but pictures speak 1000 words and I know they will have a comeback and try to say all is not true but the picture speak the truth!
